Wow, this looks so cool. If you have to bring an extra side dish for Thanksgiving, this is definitely a good idea. Of course it wouldn't replace the mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes. It would be in addition to. Yum. Healthy potato chips. I am totally trying this. [found on Pinterest. Have you ever tried Pinterest? Kinda cool]
