Remember when playing with your food at the dinner table was a no-no? Well, Erik Trinidad, a Web designer, freelance travel writer, and creator of Fast Fancy Food, has made an international name for himself playing with food, turning the low-brow into the high-brow with a good sense of humor along the way. You won't believe what he can do with a burger and fries. Beef Wellington anyone? Or a Subway sandwich and a bottled water. Erik-ized, the Fancy $5 Footlong becomes Five Dollar Farfalle with "organic basil or parsley leaves (for garnish and a touch of irony)."
