elvis in the house

If this is a Rorschach Test of some sort, all I see when I look at this florist van from Japan is Elvis hair. Elvis hair made of green astroturf, perched on top of a van. All we really know is that the license plate says they're from Shinagawa (a neighborhood of Tokyo), and the business name is Botanical.

I wonder what their deal is? Or if they're even a florist. I'll bet they get some attention driving around.
