Market Week at Dollhouse's New York Showroom
Dollhouse gave an exciting presentation of its new and expanded 2009 Collections on Tuesday night at its New York Showroom with an exclusive cocktail party for buyers and press, as part of Market Week (March 2-6, 2009).
Dollhouse, a highly-energized and on-trend juniors denim brand since 1996, showed a much-expanded line of denim that included jeans, shorts, rompers, jumpsuits, vests, jackets and light-weight flouncy dresses, with many new exciting washes and surface treatments that had the editors buzzing. Another new category that prompted stylists to "do a pull" on the spot: a very full line of
non-denim wovens that included plaid shirts, blouses, lacey mini skirts, and summer-weight linen dresses, rompers and jumpers.
Dollhouse, already known for going boldly beyond denim with two established categories, Outerwear and Footwear, showcased these latest collections to positive reviews. Continuing that momentum, Dollhouse previewed two new categories:
Intimates and Sleepwear to bow this Spring 2009 on
dollhouse.com with a national rollout in stores later this year, and
Slippers and Hosiery to bow in Spring 2010. Exciting things are happening at Dollhouse!
New Non-Denim Wovens from Dollhouse!
Think Plaid.
Check out this cute lacey mini skirt too!
Dollhouse's light-weight flouncy Denim Dresses have been a big hit.
